Different from knitting, crochet is the act of using a single hooked needle to interlock loops of yarn into a patterned fabric. In this workshop, learn about the history of crochet, types of yarn and their applications, starting and finishing a project, and the basic crochet stitches. In this 3-hour workshop, you will troubleshoot common issues and use the learned stitches to practice making even rows. No crochet experience is required! All materials will be provided.
